How you make a difference
As Cluster Lead IT Service Management, you will use a clear roadmap to drive forward the development of the IT service and billing model, professionalize the service portfolio and service model and strengthen financial transparency and management.
As a member of the management team, you will have cross-cluster responsibility and be responsible for organizational development, transformation and the modern service and process landscape of the entire IT Service Center.
You will also be responsible for Service Engagement & Delivery as well as Change and Configuration Management, and will drive forward the automation of service management processes with AI-based technologies. In this role, you will continuously develop the service management toolchain on the basis of ServiceNow in order to make the IT service lifecycle more efficient.
The Operation Control Center (OCC) is part of your area of responsibility and ensures that IT operations are monitored, faults are detected at an early stage and major incident and problem management processes are managed professionally.
You will manage IT Financial Management and FinOps, ensure the cost-effectiveness of IT operating services through budgeting, forecasting and service cost allocation, and establish a sound basis for decision-making.
You will manage seven direct and around 80 indirect employees, promote responsibility, adaptability and agile working methods and develop the organization in a targeted manner together with P&T leads and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the results of the cluster and ensure that cost-effectiveness, service quality and capacity for transformation remain in balance and are increased sustainably.
What you have to offer
You have a higher level of business management or technical training, supplemented by advanced training in I/T.
You also have several years of management experience and the ability to lead heterogeneous teams and strengthen their professional and personal development.
You have in-depth knowledge of IT service management as well as the ability to act at the interface between IT and business.
You have gained experience in FinOps and IT financial management – ideally in complex, service-oriented IT organizations.
You can communicate well in German, both verbally and in writing, and have good knowledge of a second national language and good knowledge of English.
