Role Summary
The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering reliable, compliant, and efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role is hands-on and independently manages core HR administrative processes while supporting broader HR initiatives and ensuring consistent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
* Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related administrative and operational matters
* Independently manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding)
* Prepare, review, and maintain employment documentation
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
* Ensure accurate and timely HR data to support payroll processing (employee changes, attendance, absences, benefits)
* Administer employee benefits, leave, and absence processes
* Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies
* Support HR audits, inspections, and reporting requirements
HR Processes & Support
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with internal stakeholders
* Support performance management, probation, and other HR cycles from an operational perspective
* Support employee relations processes, including preparation of related HR documentation, in line with internal policies and applicable labor law.
* Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation
* Collaborate closely with HR Manager to contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization, and documentation of HR processes
Qualifications & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar HR role
* Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
* Solid knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance
* Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday and MS Office
* Ability to work independently and manage HR processes end-to-end
* Excellent command of the English language
* Legal background or formal legal education is considered a strong plus
