PpBest known for protecting the majority of the world’s banknotes, today our solutions are run on a state-of-the-art material and digital platform and cover mainly revenue mobilisation, healthcare security, brand protection and identity verification. /p h3Integrated Management System Specialist /h3 pThe IMS Specialist will report to the Global IMS Lead and will be responsible for supporting the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of SICPA’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and related activities. /p h3Role /h3 ul liCoordinate SICPA’s IMS activities across more than 20 sites worldwide. /li liMaintain and control process mapping and system documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards. /li liProvide support and training to business process owners and IMS officers on ISO standards and the SICPA Group Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, ISO 27001, and others. /li liSupport the deployment and expansion of the IMS to newly acquired or established sites, ensuring full alignment with corporate standards. /li liCollaborate with auditors on Process Compliance Assessments (PCAs) and internal audits, acting as auditor or team leader to ensure consistent application of standards and continuous improvement across all sites. /li liCoordinate external ISO certification audits and provide support during customer audits. /li liManage external IMS-related suppliers, including consultants and certification bodies. /li liOversee and support migration of IMS-related IT tools, including the Document Control System, iGrafx for process mapping, and BPA for managing audits, non-conformities, and improvement actions. /li liManage and coordinate customer’s process-related questionnaires, satisfaction surveys and annual reviews. /li liPromote a strong quality culture throughout the organization. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in quality systems and integrated management systems, preferably within companies operating in multiple countries. /li liCertified Implementer in at least one of the standards ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, or 27001, and preferably also a certified lead auditor. /li liProven experience leading ISO certification programs (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ideally in a multiple-site structure. Experience managing internal audits and third‑party assessments. /li liProficiency in IMS tools and documentation control systems. /li liFamiliarity with automation and data analytics tools, such Power Automate and Power BI, is highly valued. /li liExcellent organizational and project management skills. /li liExceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. /li liHigh attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement. /li liStrong emotional intelligence with ability to work effectively in cross‑functional multicultural teams. /li liFluency in English is required and proficiency in French would be appreciated. /li /ul pWe offer an exciting and challenging role, with great potential for personal development within a unique organization in a fascinating and fast‑growing industry. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
