YOUR ROLE
As an SAP S/4HANA Engagement Manager, your role will be to drive and oversee the successful delivery of complex transformation projects, ensuring client satisfaction and sustainable results.
Lead end-to-end S/4HANA engagements, aligning project goals with client business objectives and timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trust and fostering strong relationships.
Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating with technical, functional, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Identify risks and proactively resolve issues, maintaining project quality and budget integrity.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support the client’s digital transformation journey, ensuring long-term value and scalability.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on large-scale S/4HANA transformations.
Proven track record in leading complex projects, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions.
Strong expertise in SAP methodologies and tools, with a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of S/4HANA.
Excellent communication skills in French and English or German and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage risk, drive change, and support clients in achieving their digital transformation objectives.
