Your Responsibilities
* Assemble fuel cell stacks and system components (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic) according to work instructions and technical drawings.
* Operate hand tools, torque tools, and precision assembly equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment.
* Handle sensitive components with care to ensure quality and reliability of the final product.
* Perform visual and functional tests to ensure product conformity and quality.
* Record production and test data accurately for traceability.
* Report deviations, defects, or process issues.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S principles.
Your Profile
* CFC in Electronics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
* Experience in precision assembly of electro-mechanical systems in a controlled manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
* Manual dexterity, precision, and high attention to detail.
* Practical knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems; experience with fuel cell is an asset.
* Welding experience is an asset.
* Team-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious.
* Valid permit to work in Switzerland.
* Professional working level of French.
