Requirements
* Manage a book of Insurance business.
* Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.
* Collect and analyze client information.
* Regularly interact with clients in a professional and timely manner.
* Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.
* Achieve established sales goals.
* Provide marketing expertise.
* Provide networking opportunities.
* All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
Required
* Active property and casualty license.
* 2–5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience.
* Experience cross‑selling and upselling.
* College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Insurance sales experience.
