About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our Sales team and drive growth in the DACH region. In this role, you’ll own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and discovery through to closing deals and driving expansion.
You’ll collaborate with retail e-commerce businesses to understand their goals, demonstrate the value of Luigi’s Box, and help them transform how their customers search and shop online. If you’re enthusiastic, ambitious, and thrive in a fast-growing SaaS environment, this might be the perfect role for you.
️ What you’ll be doing
* Own the full end-to-end sales cycle for retail e-commerce prospects in the DACH region
* Manage a mix of strategic sales opportunities and transactional, high-volume deals
* Collaborate with prospects to define business objectives, success criteria, and strategies that deliver measurable value
* Drive new business acquisition through inbound and outbound activities, events, and partner-led initiatives
* Work with partners and the wider ecosystem to accelerate growth in the region
* Become a Luigi’s Box product expert with deep knowledge of our offerings
What makes you a great fit
* 1+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas in a quota-carrying and closing role
* Fluent German language (business or native knowledge)
* Proven experience in prospecting, territory management, and revenue generation
* Strong understanding of e-commerce and the retail landscape
* Knowledge of MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies is a plus
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
