Zur Verstärkung und Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine·n Architekt·in als Projektleiter·in mit 5–10 Jahren Berufserfahrung und guten Deutschkenntnissen.
We are an architecture bureau consisting of an international team of about 70 employees. We handle demanding construction projects nationally and internationally with the highest quality standards.
We offer varied and responsible tasks and the opportunity to contribute to exciting, architecturally demanding projects. In our generous, newly built office space we maintain team spirit and actively foster the potential of our employees. A long‑term, collegial collaboration is our goal.
As a project leader you will work closely with an Associate and senior management. With your many years of experience you are familiar with common software and CAD programs, preferably Revit and BIM coordination.
The role suits you if you have very strong analytical and conceptual design skills, a good sense of graphic representation of architecture, and a self‑directed yet team‑oriented working style. We place great value on excellent communication with all planning and construction stakeholders, as well as a high level of organizational talent and work structure.
Wettbewerbsteam – Architekt/in
Zur Verstärkung unseres Wettbewerbsteams suchen wir ab Februar oder März 2026 eine engagierte und teamorientierte Architekt·in mit ausgeprägtem Gespür für Entwurf, architektonische und städtebauliche Konzepte und Gestaltung. Du arbeitest an anspruchsvollen Wettbewerben und Studien in einem jungen internationalen Team.
To strengthen our competition team, we are looking for a committed and collaborative architect with a strong sensibility for design, architectural and urban concepts, and spatial composition. Starting in February or March 2026, you will work on demanding competitions and studies within a young and international team.
We offer a diverse and responsible role in a creative environment. Our new and spacious office spaces allow for both focused work and open exchange. We understand teamwork as a collective design process and are committed to fostering the potential of our team members. For example, through lectures or our EM2N Lab, where we discuss current focus topics. Our goal is collaboration on equal footing: long‑term, collegial, and mutually engaging.
A degree in architecture (ETH, FH or equivalent) is required. You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills, design confidence, and a good eye for the graphic representation of architecture. You are proficient with common software tools, especially 3D modelling (e.g. Rhino) and graphic editing programs. You work in a structured and self‑reliant manner, while being solution‑oriented and open to collaboration. Ideally, you should already have 3–5 years of professional experience in design in Switzerland. German language skills are helpful but not essential.
Praktikant/in für die Mitarbeit an unterschiedlichen Projekten
EM2N sucht ab März oder April 2026 eine·n motivierte·n und talentierte·n Praktikant·in für die Mitarbeit an unterschiedlichen Projekten in verschiedensten Maßstäben. Wir bieten eine Vollzeitanstellung für mindestens sechs Monate. In gegenseitigem Einverständnis kann das Praktikum um weitere sechs Monate verlängert werden.
Wir erwarten einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen Softwareprogrammen, Talent für Modellbau und Fotografie, gute Fähigkeiten in der analytischen Konzeption und im Entwurf sowie ein sicheres Gespür für die grafische Darstellung von Architektur.
