Team Leader Masonry – techniqueR. PELLA SA is recruiting several team leaders to intervene on technical and demanding sites: drilling, cutting, complexes, specific interventions in sensitive environments. → If you are looking for a quiet or repetitive position, this is not for you. On-site, you are responsible for your team (2 to 3 people) and for the proper execution of the work and supervision of the team. Execution of work (formwork, concrete, masonry, drilling, plans and implementation). Management and respect of instructions. Daily monitoring of the site (daily report) → You work towards objectives, with autonomy and responsibility. Profile sought We are looking for 2 types of profiles: 1. Team Leader Executor (reliable) Confirmed site experience. Solid technically, autonomous on-site. Able to manage a small team. Serious, constant, oriented towards quality work → You do the job well, cleanly, every time. 2. Team Leader Leader (possibility of evolution) Very good level on-site. Able to impose a framework and manage a team. Makes decisions and is responsible for evolving (site manager in the long term) → You lift others up. Essential conditions Driving license provided.
