Your Mission
You will take full ownership of the multi-phase launch of a new digital logistics product,
starting in the DACH region and expanding step by step across Europe. Your primary
goal: to drive high-quality traffic and qualified B2B leads through both paid and organic
digital channels, fast and at scale.
Our target audience consists of small and mid-sized industrial and commercial
businesses with annual logistics expenditures of up to €1M.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a full-funnel performance marketing strategy (starting DACH, scaling across Europe)
* Manage, scale, and optimize digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
* Build and execute lead generation and conversion funnels
* Own and optimize KPIs, testing frameworks, and growth models
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, sales, content & CRM teams
* Lead market analysis, targeting strategy, messaging, and localization per region
* Manage performance marketing budget and oversee agency/partner relationships
Your Profile
* At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS
* Proven success in driving leads and scaling digital traffic
* Strong analytical mindset and hands-on expertise in funnel optimization
* Experience with international product launches and localized campaigns
* Fluent in German and English (business level); another European language (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish, Polish) is a strong plus
* Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid international team
