We are seeking a Product Management professional to join our talented Peripheral Vascular Intervention (PVI) Product Management team. This role will be responsible for driving the global commercialization of our PVI portfolio and ensuring sustained market relevance and profitability.
Your Responsibilities
* Drive the development and implementation of clinical and economic value propositions.
* Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, including market assessments, business case development, product launches, post-market surveillance, and phase-out planning.
* Act as an internal therapy expert to support customer meetings, cross-functional decision making, and broad-based peripheral business strategy.
* Lead marketing initiatives, scientific activities, and campaigns to help our PVI portfolio stand out in a highly competitive global environment.
* Support cross-functional teams to realize product concepts and bring them to market.
* Develop marketing and training materials on the current and future PVI portfolio to enable regional sales and marketing teams.
* Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Collect and interpret voice of customer (VOC) input and monitor competitor activity to define market requirements and contribute toward market intelligence to inform decision making.
* Lead and support other projects and initiatives as assigned.
Your skills, knowledge, and experience
* A minimum of 7 years of product management expertise in an international medical device environment, preferably vascular intervention.
* Strong strategic marketing skills with ability to develop and implement clinical and economic value propositions.
* Market development competency with ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership teams.
* Excellent presentation & communication skills with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to travel up to 30% and have a global business perspective.
* Proficient English skills mandatory, business German strongly preferred.
* A higher degree in a technical discipline (engineering or life sciences) or business/marketing.
