Based in Geneva, this hybrid role involves Account Manager activities and supporting the Switzerland Location Head for Global South Asia & Africa markets.
The Account Manager manages client relationships and supports the delivery of account operational activities and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors to develop strong client relationships and ensure top-tier service.
* Understand client requests and provide holistic, prompt, and accurate support.
Account Management and Operations
* Oversee daily account management activities, ensuring flawless service delivery (cash management, maturities, transactions, statements).
* Handle requests from compliance and AFC.
* Implement robust controls to minimize errors and financial risks.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
Support the Switzerland Location Head for Global South Asia & Africa markets.
* Process expense claims and manage invoices for procured services.
* Assist with internal projects and campaigns (data collection, client mapping, etc.).
Skills
* Fluent in English (mother tongue or full fluency).
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, or Finance.
* Completion of a Bank Graduate program or 2 years relevant experience in finance.
* Organized and proactive.
* Client-centric mindset.
* Accountable and responsible.
