We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process and/or forward client calls and partner enquiries, in German, French, Italian and English, on various topics related to cards payment, in accordance with our work instructions.
Key responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English.
* Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards.
* Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
* Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
* Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers.

For the job opening, we are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Commercial or tourism background.
* Experience in customer service.
* Good knowledge of Office package / PC use.
* Good communication skills.
* Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English.
