What You'll Do
* Lead IT Delivery teams, service providers, and contractors to ensure stable, high-quality services
* Drive continuous improvement and manage global and local IT projects
* Act as single point of contact for regional IT demand and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders
* Analyze user needs and market trends to translate demands into concrete initiatives
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives
What You’ll Bring
* Hold a B.Sc. or higher in IT/Engineering with 5+ years of global IT leadership
* Manage contractors and service providers to ensure SLA performance
* Apply deep knowledge of IT client infrastructure and translate tech into business terms
* Communicate clearly in English with a collaborative leadership style
* Travel internationally when needed
