How will you contribute and grow?
For our plant in Wiler b. Utzenstorf, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start Project Coordinator PP Ops to support transformation projects and guide operations teams in various topics. This key position reports to the Operations LI Director and plays a crucial role in the projects of a strategic plant.
* Lead as project manager of a project portfolio for the ASU (Air Separation Unit) Wiler
* Conduct risk analyses for assigned projects
* Implement projects within the timeframe and budget
* Ensure project implementation complies with the Industrial Management System (IMS)
* Propose new projects for redesign and continuous improvement
* Support technical questions
* Take on operational tasks during personnel shortages to maintain operations
* Assist with issues or failures of equipment
Are you a match?
* After training, e.g., in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering, you have gained operational experience, preferably in chemical production.
* You have ideally completed further training in project management.
* Fluent German skills
* IT affinity: SAP S4 HANA, Wise, Maximo, Intelex, myIMS, SIRA, etc.
* Technical knowledge in air separation processes or related fields such as electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, piping, process engineering, mechanical engineering, analytics, safety technology, standards, and legal basics.
* Experience in managing industrial projects
* IMS (Industrial Management System) knowledge
* Ability to work precisely, analytically, quality-conscious, and process-oriented
* Outgoing, team-oriented, and communicative personality
