Overview
Inpeco, a leader in the automation of clinical laboratories, invites you to join our Tender & Quote Desk team. The Sales Operations Specialist will support the entire sales cycle—from proposal preparation to order processing—while contributing to strategic projects and enhancing cross‑functional processes.
Location
Headquarters: Novazzano, Switzerland (global offices in Italy, Belgium, United States, Germany, France, Spain)
Main Responsibilities
* Build and draft customized sales offers for different business units and channels.
* Target various sales channels (Direct, IVD, local distributors, etc.) ensuring high‑quality, accurate, and compliant outputs.
* Prepare administrative and technical documentation that supports sales activities.
* Respond to requirements during the development of financial proposals in commercial bidding processes.
* Participate in RFI/RFP processes worldwide, directly or in support of partners and IVDs.
* Support the organization and management of administrative activities related to the sales cycle, such as order processing and follow‑up.
* Develop, test, and implement innovative solutions, tools, and procedures to improve efficiency and optimize inter‑departmental processes.
Requirements
* Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
* 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or commercial role.
* Experience in tender management is a strong plus.
* Full professional proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in document management.
* Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
* Excellent team player with strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Detail‑oriented, accurate, reliable, and able to prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines.
* Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose pragmatic solutions.
