For our department at our Lausanne branch, we are looking for a: CRM Parameter Specialist (m/f) Your challenges: Analyze business requirements in the areas of Clients & Market and Customer Service Help in drafting the functional specifications based on business and technical requirements Develop, configure, and customize our CRM tool BSI (entities, forms, workflows, plug-ins, etc.). Estimate the workload necessary for the CRM BSI parameterization X CX of Marketing and Sales campaigns according to business needs Create links between the CRM X and other systems (ERP, third-party tools) via APIs and web services Document processes according to Assura standards Define test cases to verify the quality of the parameterization carried out Contribute to the production release of new functionalities and the maintenance and support of second and third-level services for defects within its scope Ensure compliance with security policy and compliance for its area Conduct monitoring on BSI developments and its modules with the talent community You have a university degree or higher (UNI, EPF, HEG, or HES) or an equivalent title/path You have at least 3 years of experience in parameterizing a CRM tool X (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Hubspot) Experience in insurance or subject to FINMA X Knowledge of APIs via web services (REST, SOAP) Knowledge of sales business processes and customer management You are comfortable with tools for gathering business requirements (Business Analysis) as well as process mapping You demonstrate autonomy and flexibility You are results-oriented and ready to engage You have a strong understanding of the digital environment and an open mindset You are very good-natured and possess a good team spirit, promoting collaboration and having a developed sense of listening You are organized and have a very good sense of detail and a confirmed comprehensive view You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of English You have a quick ability to adapt to new advantages 40 hours work week (100%) Minimum 5 weeks of vacation Possibility of monthly reimbursement for travel costs if transportation subscriptions are social and significant discounts on health insurance Welcome X internal entry: Immediately or to be agreed Activity rate: 100% Workplace: Lausanne Contract type: Permanent jid1ff6398aen jit0312aen jpiy26aen
