In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and ongoing development of the global trading system (FIS Front Arena). You will provide high-quality services to stakeholders across international locations, contributing to a stable and future-oriented Order Management System (OMS) environment.
Your key tasks include :
* Maintaining and continuously improving the Order Management System (OMS)
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance services and implement new requirements
* Developing and integrating new functionalities, market connections, and interfaces within the Front Arena platform
* Supporting daily operations and assisting users in their work
* Enhancing system stability and driving automation initiatives
Ihr Profil
You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or have completed a relevant apprenticeship or banking education. You bring several years of practical experience in Front Arena OMNI / AMS and have a strong understanding of trading systems in a financial services context.
In addition, you bring the following skills and qualifications :
* Solid understanding of the financial industry and trading processes
* Proven experience in Front Arena, particularly in OMS-related modules
* Strong knowledge of automation, Microsoft Windows Server, and MS SQL
* Proficiency in FIX protocol, Python, PowerShell, and SQL
* Experience with Front Arena PRIME / ADS is a plus
* Ability to manage system support and maintenance effectively
* Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
* Strong stakeholder management skills and resilience under pressure
* Ability to design and implement sustainable system architectures
Fluency in English; German skills are an advantage
