Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to
* support client advisors in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events
* maintain close contact with our clients and conduct on-site visits together with the client advisor
* engage in transactions for our clients
* create client analysis and financial models
* build an understanding of our client’s industry and strategy
* support in the preparation and coordination of due diligence processes

You’ll be working in our Corporate & Real Estate team. We are an enthusiastic, dynamic and diverse team that is eager to support your future career. We are looking for a colleague that is eager to support together with the team our clients with their projects. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who
* has completed their bachelor\'s or master\'s degree within the last 18 months
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* is fluent in German and proficient in English
* has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
Start Date: 1st September 2026
