6 month internship - starting January 2026
Tasks
* Characterize bicycle frames and components using in-house simulation tools
* Develop scripts to further automate simulation workflows
* Model composite layup plybooks
* Contribute to the development of new methodologies to improve simulation efficiency
* Support the simulation engineering team in day-to-day activities
* Prepare written reports and present results to engineers / project managers
We expect:
* Final Year Master's student with working simulation experience
* Strong knowledge of FEA software (Ansys).
* Scripting skills (Py, VBA, JS)
* Experience in composite manufacturing and analysis.
* Knowledge of CAD software (Creo)
* Ability to work in an engineering team, with proven collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of bicycle mechanics.
* Avid Biker.
* Fluent in English; basic knowledge of French or German preferred
* Willingness to work on-site in Givisiez, Switzerland
