In this role, you will be a vital member of the Accelleron Switzerland Finance team based in Baden. You will be key for complete, accurate, and timely accounting of Accelleron Switzerland Ltd. (principal company), Accelleron Industries Ltd. (holding company), and Accelleron Verwaltungs Ltd. (holding company).
Your Responsibilities :
* Oversee and participate in general ledger bookings and monitoring general ledger accounts.
* Manage monthly closing in accordance with US-GAAP and reporting to group consolidation.
* Handle yearly closing in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and prepare the corresponding financial statements.
* Prepare or review Swiss withholding tax and VAT filings.
* Manage changes of chart of account end-to-end, from financial to management to group accounting.
* Ensure transparency in financial reporting and review of internal controls.
* Communicate with stakeholders such as auditors, management, local/group finance, treasury, and tax teams.
* Implement best practices and drive continuous process optimization.
* Contribute actively to the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance workstream.
Your Background :
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting functions, including group reporting and Swiss statutory accounts.
* Good knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations, Swiss Withholding Tax, and Swiss VAT.
* Skilled in SAP R/3 or S/4HANA and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
* Recognized as a strong team player, willing to drive change and foster collaboration.
* Ability to navigate complex financial topics and translate results into recommendations for senior leadership.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
