This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who enjoys building scalable data platforms and production-grade machine learning systems that support commodity management and business decision-making at scale.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and ownership of scalable, production-grade data pipelines and ML solutions on Azure and Databricks.Develop, deploy, and maintain robust machine learning models (regression, classification, NLP, time series) with strong focus on performance and maintainability.Translate complex business and quantitative requirements into reliable, reusable data and ML solutions.Implement and drive MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.Optimize data and ML workflows for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.Collaborate across data science, engineering, and platform teams to ensure consistent architecture and high coding standards.Own production monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of deployed pipelines and models.QualificationsThe preferred candidate should possess experience working with Python code and strong knowledge of DevOps practices (e.g., Git, Agile methodology), Azure, and Databricks.
