EMEA Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Category Manager – CAPEX on behalf of our client, a leading international beverage company with a long-standing heritage.
Based at their office in Zug,you will join a highly successful, independent business that produces some of the most recognized and award-winning brands in the global industry.
As Category Manager – CAPEX, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for capital projects, construction services, and infrastructure across the North American network.
You will ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality construction and equipment at optimal cost, while maintaining strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a high-caliber candidate with the following skillset and experience:
* FMCG background is essential for this role
* Extensive experience in Procurement within the US market is a must
* Proven track record in CAPEX procurement, specifically regarding construction, equipment, and large-scale infrastructure
* Strong ability to develop and execute complex sourcing strategies across a regional or global network
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience leading cross-functional team
* Fluent English is essential; an MBA or professional certifications (CPSM, PMP, CIPS) are highly beneficial
