What you’ll build
* Support strategic initiatives, like SAP’s Customer Loyalty Survey: coordinate processes, track response rates, and help translate customer feedback into actionable next steps
* Plan and help deliver internal learning formats & events, from workshops to team sessions, keeping the Growth Office aligned and continuously developing
* Maintain Excel‑based reports and dashboards that give the team a clear view of key metrics and support evidence‑based decisions
* Draft LinkedIn posts, prepare messages, and support the growth officer’s social media presence to strengthen SAP Switzerland’s visibility in the market
* Build presentations and business cases that help customers understand the concrete value of SAP solutions for their business
* Research and distill complex topics into compelling communications, including newsletters, blogs, short videos, and social media content; tailored to the right audience
What you bring
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field
* Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with confidence in Excel for data analysis and reporting and PowerPoint for presentations
* Content creation: Confident writer in German and English; experience creating content for LinkedIn or other professional social media channels; familiarity with tools such as Canva is a plus
* Language skills: Fluent in German and English, written and verbal
* Soft skills: Communicative, creative, well‑organized, and proactive; genuine interest in business, technology, and storytelling; able to research complex topics and make them accessible to any audience
* Working from the Zurich office is required
