Job Description
You have completed your bachelor's degree and would like to gain valuable practical experience before starting your part-time master's studies? In our international Business Development team, you will take on responsibility in the area of Market & Competitive Intelligence and provide support on strategic topics such as business field analyses and the preparation of strategy meetings.
* You conduct market, competitive, and trend analyses, and support further development.
* You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of our Market Intelligence platform.
* You assist in the analysis of new business areas and the identification of M&A targets.
* You create and prepare management presentations and decision-making bases for top management.
Qualifications
Education: Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study, with the firm intention of pursuing a Master's degree in Switzerland.
Experience and expertise: Ideally, initial practical experience in the areas of Strategy, Market & Competitive Intelligence, or Strategic Marketing, preferably in an international environment. Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Personality and working style: Analytical, structured, and independent. You work proactively, are team-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Passion: You enjoy strategic questions, international markets, and creating well-founded decision-making bases for management with data and analyses.
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
About the Programme
The Bosch PreMaster Programme is a two-phase programme for motivated bachelor's graduates who wish to pursue a master's degree. In the first phase, up to 12 months of practical experience are provided to familiarize participants with technical and business contexts. The second phase consists of the master's degree programme, which is pursued on a part-time basis. The programme includes additional events and seminars, as well as personal support to ensure a successful completion.
The start of the PreMaster Programme is September 2025 or by arrangement.
