You are the Marketing Conductor for the On-Trade channel in Switzerland. Your role goes beyond execution: you define the Go-to-Market strategy for products/brands in your channels. You analyze the market to identify growth levers and build plans that will allow the sales team to gain market share and enhance our Marketing Manager - On-Trade.Your Key Missions:Definition: Develop the annual On Trade roadmap by segmenting the approach according to customer types: Gastronomy, Hospitality, Wholesalers, Wine Merchants, and by linguistic region. Design a program to help our resellers develop their own sales through our brands & product range. Define a customer experience and prescription policy.Assortment & Offering Policy: Analyze the profitability of ranges to co-define with sales the target assortments, tactical pricing policies, and exclusive offerings. Market Levers: Identify untapped market opportunities (new segments, convenience stores, orders, offers to drive growth & competitiveness: Analyze the market, identify industry trends, and propose commercial strategies.Commercial: Structure the year with campaigns and seasonal marketing for Priority Brands: Scenario planning for product launches and brand focuses through omnichannel strategies to stimulate demand among our clients. Sponsorship: Transform image-building activities (Events, Festivals, Sports) into concrete business levers.Management of business resources: Brief and coordinate internal experts (Studio, Digital, Event, Content) to produce sales support tools ensuring consistency of messaging and commercial effectiveness: Equip the salesforce with strong arguments and orchestrate programs with our wine expert. Quality & Consistency: Be the guarantor of deliverable quality and adherence to brand image across all touchpoints.Your Profile:Experience: Approximately 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in Marketing in the Wines & Spirits or Premium FMCG sector, with proven experience in out-of-home channels. Dimension: You know how to build a structured and reasoned marketing plan to convince management and a sales force. Professional Expertise: You understand the business models of a distributor and a retailer. Ability to manage, unify cross-functional teams, and handle complex projects.
