Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving financial growth and strategic decision-making through effective leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
* Provide expert financial guidance and advice to senior leaders, informing key business decisions.
* Lead and mentor the finance department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
* Oversee the preparation of detailed financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Analyze financial results, identifying key trends, variances, and areas for improvement to optimize financial performance.
* Provide sophisticated financial modeling, scenario planning, and decision support to the executive team.
Investment Management
* Manage all company investments, including asset allocation, performance analysis, and risk assessment.
* Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities that align with the company's long-term objectives.
Risk Management & Compliance
* Develop and implement proactive risk management strategies to mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred), minimum 10 years of experience in senior financial management roles, and professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent. Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in the technology or infrastructure sectors are highly valued.
Qualifications:
