We collaborate closely with different departments to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs. Responsibilities
* Recruit graduates, young professionals and experienced hires in the French- and German-speaking part of Switzerland
* Collaborate with senior leadership and act as a recruiting advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on all recruiting matters within your area of responsibility
* Develop sourcing / recruiting strategies independently and implement them
* Conduct direct searches on LinkedIn and build pipelines
* Build comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training

Qualifications
* At least 3–5 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in the consulting or financial services industry in Switzerland. Proven expertise in active sourcing and deep knowledge of the Swiss and international recruitment market.
* Fluent in French (mother tongue level), with excellent German- and English-skills.
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATM (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
* Confident in managing recruitment processes and applying corporate recruitment policies in a structured environment
* Highly service-oriented, dedicated, and outgoing individual who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working independently, collaborates effectively within a team and shows willingness and motivation to travel within Switzerland as needed.
* Able to understand the unique needs of internal stakeholders and deliver strategic value beyond traditional recruiting.
