The Organization is seeking external resources to support ongoing operational ICT activities. To ensure day-to-day ICT service continuity, an onsite ICT support resource (Infrastructure Engineer, Level A.1) is required to assist with endpoint device deployment, network support coordination, ICT asset management, printing service deployment, and VIP user support.
2. Objective
The objective of this TOR is to define the scope of onsite ICT support services required to ensure smooth operation, stabilization, and ongoing support of modern workplace services through the execution of predefined operational tasks.
3. Scope of Work
* The ICT Onsite Support resource will provide hands‑on technical support including but not limited to the following activities, in accordance with established configurations, procedures, and policies:
* Laptop Deployment & Device Management: Support deployment of new laptops using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot; assist users during device enrollment and configuration; troubleshoot deployment and compliance issues.
* Network Coordination: Coordinate network-related operational requests between business users and external network service providers; support onsite connectivity issues related to endpoints and workspace services.
* IT Asset Management: Perform IT asset inventory cleanup and reconciliation; support secure disposal and decommissioning of obsolete equipment.
* Printing Services: Provide onsite support for printing services; assist users with setup, access, and troubleshooting.
* VIP & End‑User Support: Deliver priority support to executives and key stakeholders; support Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace services.
* Laptops deployed and configured in line with operational requirements.
* Updated and accurate IT asset inventory.
* Operational printing services with completed user support.
* Timely resolution of onsite incidents and service requests.
* High‑quality support provided to VIP users.
