We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our analytics team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work with large and diverse datasets, build insightful dashboards and reports, and deliver clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys deep analytical work, takes ownership of data quality and insights, and collaborates closely with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to support strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources
* Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions
* Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key stakeholders
* Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization
* Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
* Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and engineering teams to support business initiatives
* Perform statistical analyses and validate data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
* Monitor data quality issues and proactively recommend improvements to data pipelines and processes
* Support experimentation and A/B testing, including design, tracking, and results interpretation
* Document analytical workflows, metric definitions, methodologies, and assumptions
* Assist with forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role, preferably with exposure to marketing or digital analytics
* Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization
* Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
* Experience working with GA4 or comparable web and digital analytics platforms
* Solid understanding of statistical concepts, including distributions, confidence intervals, variance, and hypothesis testing
* Proven ability to design dashboards, reports, and data models that communicate insights clearly and effectively
* Demonstrated experience owning projects end-to-end, from planning and analysis to stakeholder communication
* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with an eye for process and workflow optimization
* High attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy, validation, and implementation quality
* Ability and willingness to work on-site on a full-time basis
