We are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented Intake & Client Coordination Specialist to manage all incoming client communications. You will be the first point of contact for clients and are directly responsible for ensuring that all calls are answered, handled professionally, and properly routed. This is a phone-intensive, high-responsibility role that requires consistency, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow structured systems.
In addition to intake responsibilities, you will provide administrative and legal support, including scheduling consultations, maintaining the firm calendar, sending welcome letters and contracts, and ensuring client information is accurate and up to date. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, system-driven environment, is comfortable handling a high volume of calls, and can maintain accuracy and professionalism throughout the day. Because much of the client base is Spanish-speaking, fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
This position is remote in Colombia.
