What Clinical Operations Roles We Recruit For

- Site management activities including selection, initiation, and monitoring coordination

- Regulatory submission support and health authority interactions
Clinical Operations Professionals We’re Looking For
- Life Sciences degree (Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or equivalent) with clinical research background
- 2+ years of clinical operations experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- Strong ICH-GCP knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
- Clinical trial management experience with cross-functional team leadership skills
- Excellent English and German communication skills; additional languages beneficial
- Detail-oriented approach with multi-project management capabilities
- Clinical data systems proficiency and electronic trial master file experience
- Travel flexibility for site visits and investigator meetings
