Senior Partner Life Sciences
YOUR CHALLENGE In this position, you'll lead the growth of our client’s consulting business across strategic Life Sciences accounts by leveraging both established and emerging capabilities, while identifying new areas for strategic expansion to drive impactful and profitable growth locally and globally. In your role, you’ll generate new business across the consulting portfolio, including BSS, enterprise architecture, operating model modernization, and business value realisation, while also delivering expertise in digital experiences, design thinking, technology-enabled transformation, and CxO advisory such as M&A, new ways of working, and vendor consolidation. You’ll collaborate closely with global account executives and senior leadership to shape and execute business growth strategies, build and deepen C-level relationships, and position differentiated consulting solutions that align with evolving market priorities. Customer centricity will be at the heart of everything you do, ensuring value creation, strategic alignment, and long-term impact. In this role, you'll also contribute to strengthening our client’s brand presence and market positioning while embracing their core values of being respectful, responsive, communicative, demonstrating stewardship, and building trust.
YOUR PROFILE You have a strong network within the Swiss Life Sciences industry, including established relationships with at least one key player, and a proven ability to generate and deliver consulting business across new and existing accounts. You have a strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture, backed by entrepreneurial drive, a pragmatic approach, and the gravitas to influence internal and external stakeholders. You have successfully led multimillion-euro engagements, with deep expertise in account planning, business development, governance, delivery, and operations. You have experience managing complex, multi-shore programs and distributed teams, consistently delivering sustainable customer value. You have a deep understanding of the transformation challenges in the Life Sciences sector and the ability to frame and shape structured, tech-enabled solutions using both core and disruptive technologies. You have a passion for driving digital adoption and transformation, combined with a strong knowledge of IT and digital trends across the industry. You have a collaborative, inspiring leadership style and are committed to mentoring and developing diverse talent, aligning with organizational people strategies. You have a solid professional reputation and are highly adaptable in global, matrixed environments. You have the ability to engage industry leaders and analysts, proactively create thought leadership content, and maintain a strong digital presence, underpinned by deep domain knowledge and experience in delivering impactful, digital-led business transformation.
