Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer and Logistics Planner to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, as well as coordinating product shipments between supply sites, third-party logistics providers, and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders accurately and on time
• Coordinate product shipments between supply sites, third-party logistics providers, and customers
• Prepare and issue required shipping documents
• Monitor deliveries, resolve transport incidents, and liaise with our global transportation team
• Manage returns, reworks, and back-charging of related costs
• Ensure tolling and invoicing rules are followed by customers and supply partners
• Support month-end closing and sales reporting
• Handle supplier and tolling fee invoices, and resolve payment or price issues
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain (pharmaceutical or consumer goods preferred)
• Solid experience in international logistics, exports/imports, and working with third-party logistics providers and suppliers
• Strong SAP knowledge and computer skills
• High attention to detail with excellent time and task management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
• Great communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes, distribution, and compliance standards
