Responsibilities
1. Leading and coaching the Young Talent and Academy team (currently 10 employees)
2. Responsibility for the global establishment and further development of the SKAN Academy
3. Identifying training needs within the organization and developing suitable learning solutions
4. Establishing modern structures, processes, and framework conditions for an optimal learning environment
5. Ensuring modern, effective, and sustainable learning methods (e.g., blended learning, e-learning, face-to-face formats)
6. Introducing and maintaining clear training documentation
7. Planning and managing the training budget and the necessary resources
8. Ensuring that our training offerings meet the requirements of audits and international certifications (e.g., EduQua, ISO 29990, IACET)
9. Representing the education sector to customers, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders
10. Working closely with training design, adult education, and professional development experts
Hardskills
11. Further training as a federally certified training manager or comparable qualification in the field of education (adult education)
12. University degree in education, organizational development, or a related field is an advantage
13. Several years of management experience in the field of education or human resources development, ideally in a regulated or technical environment
14. Experience with accreditations and audit requirements in the international continuing education environment
15. Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus
16. Business fluent German and English skills are required
