Your responsibilities
:
1. Responding to VIP inquiries to the general inbox
2. Managing the VIP phone line, and responding to phone inquiries
3. Assist VIPs with technical questions, RSVPs, and other inquiries
4. Database entry, such as updating contact details, removing duplicates, and RSVP details
5. Coordinate orders and shipments for the Regional VIP team
6. Assist in coordination of pre-show event
7. Provide administrative support to the Head of VIP Relations and Regional VIP team as needed
8. Attend and take notes on internal meetings (both in person and virtually)
Your profile:
9. 1-2 years of professional experience, with experience in the contemporary art world, or similar setting
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Excellent attention to detail
12. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
13. Experience working with databases, data entry or managing CRM systems
14. Prior experience in high-end customer service a plus
15. Prior events experience a plus
