We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Demi-Chef de Partie to join our creative culinary team and help open our Greek restaurant Neora for the winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities
Daily mise en place for Neora Restaurant's Greek dishes
Preparation and presentation of dishes for your position
Compliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen
Development and co-design of recipes
Proper food storage in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Completed training as a chef with experience in upscale 5-star establishments
First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
Creativity, attention to detail, and high-quality standards
Structured, organized work style
Team-oriented mindset
Fluent in German and English
