Role Overview
You work in an agile DevOps team responsible for the development, automation, integration, and operation of cloud‑native applications. You will administer Kubernetes clusters, implement CI/CD pipelines, manage Windows and Linux servers, and support technical workflows. Your work contributes to the digital transformation and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and operate applications in an agile DevOps environment.
* Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters and automated CI/CD pipelines.
* Develop cloud native applications and integrate modern technologies.
* Perform root cause analysis and resolve application problems.
* Support and automate technical workflows and processes.
* Implement and administer Windows and Linux servers and network connections.
* Collaborate within an agile team.
* Utilize latest technologies to promote digital transformation.
Qualifications
* Degree (Uni/ETH/UAS) in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
* Several years of experience in developing, provisioning, and administering cloud native applications (Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift).
* Knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems and Active Directory.
* Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Python).
* Experience with web technologies and APIs (JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs).
* Knowledge of network technologies and security (TCP/IP, DNS).
* Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
* Experience in agile practices (SAFe, Scrum).
* Willingness to work on call and handle incidents and changes.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong customer and service orientation.
* Proficiency in German and English.
