Your impact
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Process Engineer who is eager to develop in a dynamic project environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all project phases— from early design to commissioning —while contributing to cutting-edge facilities in biotechnology, chemical API production, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key duties of the role include
Support the concept, basic, and detailed design of pharmaceutical and biotech plants
Contribute to the preparation of User Requirement Specifications (URS), tender documentation, technical specifications and design documents
Assist in projects from design through implementation to commissioning and qualification
Collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams
Learn “on the job” with guidance from experienced colleagues across our local and international network
Here's what you'll need
Degree in Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related field
Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech environment is a plus
Motivation to learn and grow in a project-based environment
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative
Willingness to travel for project assignments
Fluent in German and/or French, along with fluent English
