Objective of job:

As Key Account Manager Fleet & Used Cars, you will play a key role in building and expanding the B2B and fleet business for the electric car brand smart in Switzerland. You will work closely with our agents to manage and grow relationships with national key accounts, driving brand awareness and helping us reach our volume targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for launching and managing our Certified Used Car Program and handling internal fleet operations. Travel in Switzerland is necessary.

Task Description:

* Acquisition of new B2B customers and negotiation of framework agreements for sustainable fleet supply in Switzerland
* Full-cycle support of corporate clients throughout the fleet sales process, including offer creation, discount negotiation, residual value assessment, buy-back and resale solutions
* Development and optimization of the B2B fleet process (incl. onboarding/offboarding, resale, discount schemes, and internal policy alignment)
* Management of partnerships with leasing, rental, subscription, and carsharing companies; development of strategic partnerships
* Key account management to identify and create growth opportunities with national B2B customers
* Collaboration with planning/logistics to ensure vehicle operations run smoothly (incl. in-/defleeting and vehicle availability)
* Used car business: pricing, residual value management, intake, repair coordination, and resale to dealers
* Coordination and implementation of employee discount programs and management of fleet discount schemes
* Test drive coordination and brand representation at fleet events across Switzerland
* Forecasting, planning, and monitoring of fleet sales targets and volumes

Qualifications:

Education

* University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a Equivalent professional experience in the automotive or B2B sector

Knowledge / Functional Expertise

* You are able to speak and write German, French and English fluently. Italian would be a plus.
* Work experience in the automotive industry as District Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or in comparable roles.
* Demonstrated track record in developing strategic, B2B relationships within large organizations & dealers' networks.
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus.
* You have a passion for electromobility and ideally automotive experience.
* Background in used car remarketing or experience with certified used car programs is an advantage
* You are a true team player, like to laugh and can focus on achieving targets at the same time.
* You have a structured working mode and have no problems working in a complex project with changing priorities and tasks.
* You have a passion for electromobility
* You have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a hands-on, proactive, and independent working style
* You take ownership for problem solving
* Confident and effective negotiator with great speaking abilities.
