As a manager in the business, you will be part of a diverse team and help shaping the cybersecurity of tomorrow. /p h3Key Expectations From This Role Include /h3 ul liProject Management: Leading and managing complex cybersecurity projects with technical and business teams across national and international environments; /li liAI Cloud Security: Assessing risks in AI‑driven systems, ensuring secure integration of emerging technologies, and deploying cloud security solutions while supporting resilience planning; /li liImplementation Advisory: Embedding security into transformation initiatives and advising clients on translating regulations into actionable measures; /li liBusiness Development: Driving growth by leveraging relationships and networks, identifying new opportunities within accounts and across sectors, and preparing proposals for global clients; /li liClient Relationship Management: Acting as a trusted point of contact to enhance client relationships and ensure successful delivery of engagements; /li liThought Leadership: Contributing to marketing initiatives and delivering projects that strengthen cybersecurity and operational resilience. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; /li li6+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, cybersecurity, or a related field; /li liExperience in one or more cybersecurity domains (e.g., Security Risk Management, Cybersecurity Awareness, Asset Security, Cloud Security, Business Continuity Management, Security Engineering, Identity Access Management); /li liFamiliarity with core cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Critical Controls, and NIS2; /li liStrong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation. Demonstrated adaptability, lateral thinking, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in uncertain situations; /li liProven leadership experience, managing individuals, teams, and workstreams, with strong client presence and a results‑driven mindset; /li liBusiness acumen and sales experience, including contributing to proposal development and business growth initiatives; /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).
