Responsibilities
* Planning and implementation of challenging IT/OT projects in an industrial environment
* In a rapidly growing company, you will take on the leadership and responsibility of exciting sub-projects to bring the SKAN IT/OT infrastructure to a highly professional level and maintain it there.
* In close cooperation with internal and external departments, you will be responsible for error analysis and troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd level support).
* To ensure high standards, you will operate the environment in change management and be responsible for the operating manuals and documentation.
* You will ensure that the high qualification/validation requirements for the basic infrastructure are met, carry out system tests and document them.
Hardskills
* University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
* Very good knowledge of the design, setup and operation/troubleshooting of company-wide IT-OT server infrastructures (focus: Microsoft server technologies, VMware, Citrix incl. ADC, MS SQL, Powershell/scripting)
* You are familiar with the practical implementation of business requirements for IT-OT infrastructure and already have project experience in the SME and/or pharmaceutical environment
* You already have several years of professional experience in the field of IT-OT server infrastructure/system engineering and have supplemented your basic training with relevant additional training/certifications (Citrix Expert, Microsoft Admin, VCP or similar)
* You are familiar with business analysis, requirements engineering and computer system validation from practical experience
* You have a good understanding of processes in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries
* ITIL certification and proven knowledge of CS
* Further training in project management is an advantage
* German and English language skills are required
