We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a facilities manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store, including opening and closing procedures, stockroom management, and waste disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening and closing of the store and all access points
* Servicing of shopping trolleys and disposal of waste
* Variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks
* Support for sales team members
* Informing supervisors of serious or exceptional incidents
* Covering the facilities manager in case of absence
About You:
* Educational background: No specific education or training required in the retail sector
* Professional experience: Experience as a facilities manager or in sales is advantageous
* Good physical condition
* Team player
* Diligent and organized person
* Able to work independently and be versatile
* German (very good knowledge)
