Approach People Recruitment The Logistics Operations Coordinator is responsible for organising, planning and ensuring the smooth execution of all logistics activities. The role includes supervising a team of around five employees and taking part in daily operations to guarantee reliable, efficient flows aligned with operational priorities. This position also involves regular collaboration with stakeholders in Switzerland and internationally (FR / EN). Main responsibilities • Plan, organise and allocate tasks according to priorities. • Participate in daily operations: receiving, picking, shipping and inventory. • Apply procedures and workflows rigorously within the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics). • Supervise loading and unloading activities. • Ensure stock accuracy and proper shipment tracking. • Manage packaging materials, equipment and warehouse supplies. • Support the Warehouse Manager with performance monitoring and team coordination. • Collaborate with internal departments and international teams. Profile • Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, ideally in a dynamic or event driven environment. • Completed training as a Logistician or equivalent qualification. • Team supervision skills (professional, sports or associative context). • Ability to motivate, train and coordinate team members. • Strong organisation, autonomy, flexibility and results orientation. • Forklift licence required. • Fluent French and good command of English (remote collaboration).
