Responsibilities: Working closely with senior members of different departments Providing administrative support such as managing diaries, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports Learning about the business operations and company policies Assisting in drafting emails and presentations Coordinating and executing projects, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes Organizing events and workshops both internally and externally Conducting research, synthesizing information, and preparing reports Gain proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, project management software and KDS & Concur (Travel & Expenses management) Who we are looking for: Are you a master multitasker with a flair for organization and a passion for providing top-notch customer service?
