What you will do :
Depending on the team you join, responsibilities may vary :
1. Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
2. Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
3. Maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
4. Work towards achieving targets set by the client statement of work and internal goals
5. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
6. Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling the most common questions effectively
7. Strive to turn every customer into a satisfied customer!
8. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
What you will bring :
1. Strong written and verbal skills in German
