A well-established company in Geneva is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to strengthen its HR team. This is a permanent, full-time role (100%) offering long-term career prospects.
Your future responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payroll for a workforce of over 1,000 employees
- Take ownership of social security, tax filings and communication with authorities
- Monitor and reconcile data across payroll, HR and finance departments
- Manage expense claims and oversee collective health insurance administration
- Partner with HR, Finance and IT to ensure smooth processes and reporting
- Support audits and contribute ideas to optimize payroll practices
What you bring
- 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in Switzerland
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss social insurance and payroll legislation
- Track record of managing complex payroll reconciliations and expense processes
- Experience with Abacus or other Swiss ERP solutions (an advantage)
- Professional fluency in English and French
- A precise, structured and trustworthy working style
- Proactivity, problem-solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Resilience under deadlines combined with tact and empathy
