Role
We are searching for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Zug, Switzerland. The Product Management team leads, coordinates, and enables a variety of activities throughout the lifecycle of various investment programs, driving timely and seamless launches, monitoring and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction with clients and service providers, and leading the management of fund restructurings and winddowns.
Responsibilities
 * Take full ownership of the lifecycle of assigned products
 * Ensure timely and seamless launch of funds, restructurings, and winddowns in close collaboration with sales, structuring, operational teams, and external service providers
 * Have a clear understanding of private markets, fund structures, processes, roles, systems, and responsibilities across the firm
 * Proactively interact with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to assess satisfaction, identify issues, and independently implement robust solutions
 * Solve complex operational issues involving several teams, finding win‑win solutions through excellent negotiation skills
 * Liaise with internal stakeholders and act as a partner for sales in finding solutions for clients while representing operational capabilities assertively
 * Lead team‑relevant projects and contribute to business unit‑relevant projects
 * Review output of team members, train less experienced product managers, and deliver targeted education sessions for the wider team
Qualifications
 * University degree or equivalent, with emphasis on business administration, finance, or economics
 * 3–5 years of professional work experience in banking, asset management, or similar
 * Profound knowledge of the financial services industry; experience in private equity or another private markets asset class is a plus
 * Know‑how in the design, implementation, and operational set‑up of innovative product and investment structures is a plus
 * Independent and self‑directed, able to manage effectively and complete complex operating tasks in demanding timelines and with competing priorities
 * Ability and desire to train, coach, and mentor junior team members
 * Proven ability to work with others and generate impact in a team environment, willing to go the extra mile
 * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
 * Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
