Your mission:Quantification: Analysis, estimation, and submissions and/or offers in the fields of quotes, studies, and technical specifications.Project management: Plan, organize, and supervise multi-technical CVC projects. Establish a schedule, determine necessary resources, and propose the schedule for CVC interventions in projects.Budget establishment: Determine costs in accordance with the architect's and project's master's requirements. Monitor and manage budget developments in relation to project changes.Reports and follow-up: Participate in and support project development, with updates on costs, timelines, and project status.Your superior in building technology CVC. 5 years of experience in the field.Good analytical skills.Sense of confidentiality.Independent, with good abilities and a strong sense of priorities.Team spirit.Good interpersonal skills.Service and solutions-oriented.Flexible working hours (annual working time) with the possibility to work independently of location.
