We are looking for a Senior PMO / Program Manager – PLM Windchill with 12–15 years of experience.
Role Overview
As a Senior PMO / Program Manager, you will lead and govern PLM Windchill programs, ensuring the successful delivery of complex initiatives including data migration, system deployment, and process harmonization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead program governance and PMO activities for Windchill initiatives
* Manage planning, budgeting, risks, and stakeholder communication
* Oversee data migration strategy and execution
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Manufacturing)
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives
* Drive continuous improvement and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience with PLM Windchill implementations
* Strong experience in PMO / Program Management
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Education & Background
* Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
* 12–15 years of experience in PLM and program management
Soft Skills
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Strategic thinking and problem‑solving
* Ability to manage complex environments
Languages
* French is desirable
